What happens after I submit my case?
You will receive an automated email confirmation within 15 minutes containing your case tracking number and estimated delivery time. The radiologist is notified immediately and begins review according to your selected service tier (4hr for emergency, 24hr for priority, 48hr for standard).
How do I pay for services?
Payment is processed securely via Stripe at the time of submission. We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, and ACH transfers. For monthly retainer clients, we can invoice you directly. First-time clients can use code FIRST10 for 10% off.
Can I submit cases outside business hours?
Yes. Our upload portal is available 24/7/365. Emergency cases submitted at any time will receive the same 4-hour guaranteed turnaround. Standard and priority cases submitted on weekends will begin processing immediately with delivery according to the selected timeline.
What if I have questions about my report?
You can email [email protected]. Emergency tier includes phone consultation. For all other tiers, phone consultation is available upon request at no additional charge for clinical questions about the report.
How do I upload large DICOM files?
Our portal supports uploads up to 2GB per case. For larger files or entire studies, we can provide a secure Dropbox link or DICOM send instructions. Email [email protected] for assistance with large file transfers.
